Dr. Mahesh Rathi
Director
Dr. Mahesh Rathi serves as Managing Director, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the Company. As MD, he leads Windsor Group and looks after functioning of departments like sales, administration, purchase and fund management of the company. Under his Strong Leadership, Team nurture to drive its execution. Dr . Mahesh has nearly 3 decades of experience in Real Estate industry with a strong track record of executing business turnarounds and partnering several successful entities.
He is ever willing to adopt new ideas and welcomes new things with an open mind. He has a unique ability to understand and motivate his co-workers directing them towards a common goal.In his own words, “Money earning is not the sole objective of my business and I always try to give full satisfaction to all my customers.”
Mrs. Sapna Rathi
Executive Director
Mrs. Sapna Rathi acts as chairperson and Executive Director of Windsor Group Group, a real estate company based in Pune, India. In this role, she heads the HR and Administration functions and also supports the Marketing & Safety activities of the Company. She is tactical business acumen supporting the business in all areas and ensuring the implementation of the ethics program of the Company in line with Windsor Group Core Values.
Sapna is highly respected in the corporate world. Her pioneering efforts in real estate have drawn national recognition for both Industry and Company. According to her, it is not necessary for others to respond favorably to our purpose but that should not stop anyone from pursuing them. Don't expect anything and you will never be disappointed. She is widely credited for bringing scale and value to the Business Operations of Co. She is a frequent speaker at conferences at the national level.
She holds a Management Degree majoring in Marketing, is a qualified Post Graduate Diploma in Google-certified Digital Marketing, and certified nutritionist. In addition to this, she has successfully achieved Real Estate Consultant Certification. She has successfully completed the Entrepreneur Programme TGOB Course empowered by Chrysalis.
Mr. Shriniwas Raskonda
Director
Mr. Shriniwas Raskonda currently heading as Director at Windsor Group. Mr. Raskonda has been in the real estate business for more than 3 decades. Majorly, he is involved in Engineering, Safety related Activities in Company. He is a multitasker who masterfully juggles all the contracting activities at multiple sites.
He started off as a hard-core professional who attended to the needs from pin to the piano at sites. Professionally, he is a civil and a technical wizard. Mr. Raskonda’s vision is in constantly innovating new designs, and is specifically intended to make advancements in technology that is simpler to understand and use. He believes that Windsor Group endeavors continuously to improve designs, technology, and services to achieve the most cost-effective solutions for engineered construction systems.
