Senior Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Read & Check: Plans & Drawings
  • Study all drawing specification and checklist, discuss changes with Technical Head and coordinate with the architect accordingly
  • Organize and plan daily work with contractors as per the meeting with Project Manager
  • Supervise and execute construction as per the approved drawing, specification and time schedule
  • Make a list of Weekly material requisition to be reconciled
  • Ensure procurement of material and labor to ensure continuous flow of work
  • Keep track on consumption and wastage of material, daily work output, etc.
  • Check and certify external agency and contractor bills for proceedings
  • Ensure Quality and safety standards at site
  • Efficiently and effectively utilizes the manpower, material and equipment to achieve higher productivity
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for planned verses actual
  • Documentation & Coordination
  • Time-to-time work review
  • Maintenance Work, Coordination & problem solving with team regarding existing customer complaints
  • Coordination with the CRM & customer related to internal premises design changes

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Educational Qualification: BE Civil / Dip Civil
  • Relevant Experience: Min 6-8 Years
  • Skills: Good in MS Word, Knowledge of AutoCAD, Able to Handle Team, labors
  • Personal Characteristics & Behavior: Assertive, Target oriented
